shipping for all small items is set at $5. Larger items such as trays are shipped at $10, and all shipments are typically sent out on Mondays. please allow 7 days of creation time when ordering a customized item. Allow 2 days shipping time on inventory purchases.

My goal is to send you EXACTLY what you want, so I do send pictures of items before I ship them. Custom Apparel is treated the same way, you will receive pictures every step of the way to ensure you are getting what you asked for and nothing else. With that being said, I do not offer refunds on custom items.
